Tugboat Toy Company started in the basement of my house with a few tools and a million ideas.

I spent months testing materials, formulas, and my own patience before landing on bath kits as the place to start. They fit the way our nights actually go: bath is already on the schedule, and a kit turns fifteen minutes of it into something a kid made.

Bath kits are the beginning, not the plan. I have sketches for felt kits and wood puzzles, and I'll get to them when they are good enough to put my name on.
