Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Preorders ship within one week, unless otherwise noted. Enjoy free shipping on orders of $65 or more. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused kits within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email hello@tugboattoycompany.com with your order number before sending your items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive your return and confirm that the kits are unopened and unused, we’ll issue your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with damaged contents or you receive the wrong item, email hello@tugboattoycompany.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Product damage includes broken or leaking containers, spilled ingredients, compromised ingredient seals, or other damage that affects the use of your kit. Minor dents, scuffs, or creases on the outer box are not considered product damage if the contents remain sealed, intact, and usable. If an item is damaged, please do not use it. You do not need to return it unless we ask you to.

If you receive the wrong item, please do not open the kit. We can accept it for return only if it is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging. Contact us before sending it back and we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. We cannot accept an opened kit as a return. We'll review the information and contact you about a replacement or refund. If we send a replacement, we'll cover the shipping cost.
