Using This Website

By using tugboattoycompany.com or placing an order through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Website text, photographs, designs, and other content belong to Tugboat Toy Company LLC or its content providers. You may not copy or use any of this content for any purpose, commercial or personal, without express permission from Tugboat Toy Company LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Products and Orders

We do our best to describe products and show prices accurately. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. If we cannot fulfill an order or need to correct an order error, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout using the payment methods displayed on the website. Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout.

Shipping and Returns

We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days; preorders ship within one week, unless otherwise stated. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Please report damaged items within seven days and include a photo.

See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy and instructions.

Subscriptions

Pigment & Brush subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. To stop future renewals, sign in to your customer account, open Subscriptions, select Pigment & Brush, and choose Cancel Subscription. If you cannot access your account, email us at hello@tugboattoycompany.com.

To request cancellation of an order for the upcoming mailing, email us by the last day of the previous month. We begin preparing orders on the first day of each month. Once preparation begins, that month’s order cannot be canceled or refunded. Canceling your subscription after preparation begins will stop future renewals, but you will still receive the mailing already being prepared.

Product Use and Safety

Follow the age guidance, instructions, and safety information provided on each product page and included with the kit. Bath Lab Studio kits are for ages 3 and up with adult supervision. Some product lines have different age guidance, so check the details for each item before use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
